We use our 3D modeling software, coupled with our mold design and development expertise, to make your concept design manufacturable before having to cut a mold.
We work with you to make sure your concept meets the thermoforming design specifications for your chosen material type and thickness. We then calculate the correct material shrinkage in the mold development phase to ensure we meet your critical dimensions as quickly possible.
From Concept to Completion

Your design is turned into 3D images used to create tooling. We are able to directly import CAD/CAM files to generate the model.
From the CAD file, our CNC programmers make accurate vacuum forming molds and trimming fixtures. Plastic shrinkage is factored in as well.
The end result is accurate and repeatable manufacturing of your components.
